Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of FiheZupo's packaging services and website. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

Service Agreement

FiheZupo provides specialized packaging solutions for Malaysian sauces, pastes, and condiments. Our services include custom packaging design, manufacturing, and delivery. By requesting quotes or placing orders, you enter into a binding service agreement with us.

Order Process and Acceptance

All orders are subject to our acceptance and confirmation. We reserve the right to decline orders that:

• Do not meet our quality standards or capabilities
• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Present unreasonable technical or logistical challenges
• Are inconsistent with our business practices

Order confirmation will be provided in writing within 48 hours of receipt.

Pricing and Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. Our standard payment terms are:

• 50% deposit required upon order confirmation
• Balance due upon completion before delivery
• Payment methods: Bank transfer, company cheque, or approved credit terms
• Late payment charges may apply after 30 days

Quality Standards and Specifications

All packaging products meet Malaysian food safety standards and our internal quality benchmarks. We guarantee that our products:

• Comply with relevant food packaging regulations
• Meet agreed specifications and design requirements
• Are manufactured using food-safe materials
• Pass our quality control inspections

Delivery and Risk Transfer

Delivery terms are specified in individual order confirmations. Standard terms include:

• Delivery within Kuala Lumpur: 3-5 business days
• Nationwide delivery: 5-10 business days
• Risk transfers to customer upon delivery
• Delivery delays due to force majeure events are excused

Intellectual Property

Custom designs created by FiheZupo remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customers retain rights to their trademarks, logos, and brand elements provided to us for packaging design purposes.

Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant our products against manufacturing defects for 90 days from delivery. This warranty covers material defects and workmanship issues but excludes damage from misuse, normal wear, or external factors.

We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for particular purposes beyond our standard packaging applications.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the specific order in question. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the order value
• Issues arising from customer-provided specifications

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or supply chain disruptions affecting the packaging industry.

Confidentiality

We maintain confidentiality of customer information, recipes, and business details shared during our service relationship. This obligation continues beyond the completion of individual projects.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Malaysian law. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, or through mutually agreed arbitration procedures.

Modifications and Updates

We may update these terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated to active customers. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
